Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the cartridges in their original packaging to prevent damage during transit, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the box.

  Ship to Our Facility

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location for secure delivery back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned electronics, we will process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days to your original payment method.
